Kimberley Girls’ High is an academic school and academics are our first priority. Our results consistently reflect the high academic standards that the school seeks to maintain and over the past 10 years our matric results have placed the school amongst the Top Three schools in the district. On two occasions the school has been the Top school in the Northern Cape Province.

The school has a staff of well-qualified, dedicated teachers and it is the policy in the school to use experts in the lower grades. The school operates on a 9-day cycle. Standardised tests are built into the cycle and are written twice a cycle throughout the year.
